Mark Hanna, Esq. is an experienced attorney with over a decade of practice representing individuals, families, and businesses in a wide range of legal matters. His practice includes family and matrimonial law, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, election law, and appellate advocacy.
Mark has extensive litigation experience across multiple courts, handling matters from initial filings and negotiations through motion practice, trials, and appeals. He regularly represents clients in divorce and custody disputes, foreclosure defense actions, bankruptcy proceedings under Chapters 7 and 13, and complex commercial disputes.
In addition to his legal practice, Mark is actively involved in public service and community leadership. He serves as District Leader for the 64th Assembly District in Kings County, where he works on voter engagement initiatives, judicial endorsement processes, and community outreach efforts.
Mark earned his
Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in
Philosophy and Psychology from Rutgers University, graduating cum laude. He is admitted to practice in
New York and New Jersey, as well as several federal district courts.
